Welcome! In September 2019, I began the two year Master of Parks, Recreation, Tourism and Sport Management program at NC State University. Over the next two years, I completed 31 credit hours, including eight required PRT courses and three electives. These courses improved my knowledge of the subject fields, as well as introduced me to new concepts. I did not just learn from my courses. My professors, teacher’s assistants, and fellow cohort members taught me valuable lessons about the Recreation field, their specialties, and reinforced the value of group projects. This e-portfolio will give you a glimpse into the last two years, the lessons I have learned, the projects I have completed, and how I hope to use my degree in the future.
